Crosspoint Waterproof Wireless Doorbell Set: 2 Doorbells + 2 Chimes

The only down point so far is that there needs to be a numbered list for the tones selection. Many sound similar and trying to find the preferred tone after cycling thru them all is annoying at best.

Working just fine! We are very pleased. One "receiver" on main floor and other in basement. Two "doorbells" (transmitters) mounted outside. Took a little persistence to program transmitters to play desired tones. Instuction sheet could be clearer but just stick with it.

I like the different ring tones for each unit and I like the look of it. So far-So good.....

Very easy to setup and install door buttons.

At first I received the wrong door bell system. I call into the service number and they took care of the problem for me. sent me a return prepaid sticker for the returning incorrect door bell. About a week later I received the new correct door bell. Took me about 15 minutes to get it set up for two different location with different ring tones and it is working great.

Great item For the price, this is awsesome. Very easy to set up and get running. The remotes are sized so that I could use the same holes as my old doorbells and I like that I can easily slip off the remote from the base for battery replacement. Having the extra reciever allowed me to place one on each floor so i can always know if someone is at either door. I also liked the large selection of chimes and set mine up so that each door has its own chime.

WOW!!!! That was easy! Weve been struggling for months with our situation @ our front door for our business (need a code to enter and no doorbell for those not knowing it) I literally took this out of the box, plugged it in and it worked immediately. Installed one receiver in our entrance area and one in our upstairs office area and this works like a charm. Loud enough for everyone to hear. GREAT PRODUCT!

Love it I have Aluminum siding and for many years I have been looking for a wireless doorbell that works. This one works great and easy to setup. I bought the one with 2 receivers , 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs and they sync very well.

Easy transition I had an existing wired doorbell setup at 2 locations (front and back doors). It had stopped working and I wasnt sure what the specific problem was. It was much easier to buy this system and replace it than figuring it out.All I had to do was take off the old doorbells, tape the old wires, and place the new wireless doorbells where the old ones had been. Then, plug in the chimes and we were good to go.We put one chime on the main floor and one in the basement and can hear it wherever we are.This worked out very well and was incredibly easy to do. I would highly recommend.

Doesnt use batteries on receivers inside the house This was so easy to install. Plug in the two receivers anywhere u want, place the two doorbells anywhere and done. I had a wireless system on both sides and the good duracell batteries would die within a month. It was junk. There run off house current so never need batteries.

EZ installation and attractive units. Added the second chime in the garage to hear visitors while working in the yard. Second ringer went to the back door. EZ installation, went with the standard chime.

Poor design, poor quality, poor customer support. One of the receivers stopped working 1 day after I installed this. Their customer support is pretty much non-existent- you can only leave a message by phone and the reply I got from their email customer support was gibberish. Also, you have to dismantle the transmitter buttons to change the batteries. I would like to give this a -5.

Best of 3 different sets Ive owned Ive gone through 2 of the wireless doorbells from other manufacturers and by far these are the most problem free.

Works well, easy setup Works as indicated. Covers both doors with different rings so I know which door to check. Also very easy to set up, I would agree with other reviewers that you should pair and set up the receiver with the outdoor button before you mount them, I took that advice and had completed setup and mounted in less than 10 minutes.

Chimes are good, melodies not so much Easy to install and set up. If you select one of the many chime patterns you will be happy. The tone quality of the melodies is poor at best. My 25 year old doorbell played 'Fur Elise way, way nicer.

Love these doorbells! I was having a problem with packages being delivered and not hearing the knock on the door. Installed these on both of the doors that they deliver to and no problems since. You can set the ring tone to many different options so setting different ones on the doors allows you to know which one is ringing. Also - you can hear these from anywhere in the house and if youre in the hall with them when they go off, the strobe lighting is definitely attention getting. No more missed packages for me. I love them.

Great product. Very easy to install/setup. This is a great doorbell system. Easy to set up with lots of ringer choices and easy volume controls. I installed this in a house Museum where I work and assigned different ringtones for the front and back doors. I paired the doorbells with the door sensors so I know when someone enters when the doors are unlocked. If you want to change the tones youve selected just re-pair the units after selecting the new tone. Everything is so easy with these!

Works ok, but its too quiet I bought two of these for my workshop. I put one at the front door using one sound, and another at the back door using a different sound. They work ok, but they are not very loud and can easily get lost with the radio playing much less power equipment.

Great with two remotes that allow different ring sounds. One for the back door and one for the front door. This stopped working after three months! The door bell system seemed ok, bit of a gimmick with 52 ring tones, I set it up for different tones from the two entry doors, nice concept, poor delivery. I opened a ticket to address the issue of the non working unit, which was closed without resolution and the company stopped replying to my emails. Im now looking for a replacement doorbell, I wouldnt go with this company again nor would I recommend them.

PRICE Easy to install.

Excellent device that covers entire house with ease I usually have only medium expectations for these types of electronics. They have poor signal ranges, fall apart easily, never look as nice as you thought they would... until these came along! The appearance is very attractive as far as the buttons outside the doors and, best of all, you can plug the receiving unit in anywhere, so you don't have a big box staring at you on the wall by your door. What wasn't clear (but was a great surprise) was how the bells functioned. I have a long house and needed bells st each end for two main doors. I expected I would have to run door to door to find out who was ringing, if I could even hear the opposite end. Not at all- each bell will play an individual tune or tone you select to identify which one is ringing; best yet, the other bell will also ring as a flat door chime to let you know the bell across the house is going off. Never again will I have to worry about missing a guest or visitor, and I can save steps and stress by knowing I will always hear a bell, no matter where I am. Excellent product, super easy to install, and I wish everything was designed as well as these. Highly recommend!

Great Doorbell I replaced a 40+ year-old wired doorbell with the Crosspoint system. Installation was simple and quick. Before installing buttons and placing the receivers, I paired the devices. Each button is connected to both receivers with a different doorbell sound for front and back doors. Pairing the devices and selecting doorbell sound is easier if done before installing the transmitter buttons.One transmitter went by the front door and the other by the back door. I removed the old wired doorbells, disconnected the old wires and pushed them out of the way. The new transmitter button fit the old screw holes so installation was a breeze.I placed one receiver upstairs near middle of our house and the other downstairs. These receivers are not battery powered and must be plugged into an outlet. I could probably put them anywhere in the house and hear them when set to the highest volume. There are four volume settings and the highest is very loud (110db).We like this Crosspoint system. It fits our doorbell need perfectly.

Well Built Delivered today, I installed 1 receiver and 1 transmitter, done in 15 minutes. Easy to set volume and ring tone. Plenty loud. I bought this unit because it comes with 2 receivers (ringers) and 2 transmitters (door bells). I bought a different brand of wireless doorbell 6 months ago and the transmitter failed. I replaced the 2 watch-type batteries, cost $10, and it still did not work. This unit has a small alkaline flash-light type battery, which will last a long time. I opened up the transmitter to look at the battery, and the unit is well-built. I recommend using the screws to attach the transmitter. Also, both units are nice looking. And, if something goes wrong in the next 6 months, I have an extra receiver and transmitter.

So far so good but winter weather will tell if it is truely water resistant. Put on ring unit in the livingroom and one in the back of the house. So far so good.My problem is the front of the house faces east and all my previous wireless door bells would die after on winter. Time will tell.

Excellent support from Sado Tech Purchased a second set because of how easily they set up and install. The sound choices are considerable and the devices, receiver and transmitter, are easy to pair to your desired preference. I originally thought some parts were missing and contacted Sado Tech directly. They were very gracious and wanted to solve the problem, missing install plates. To my chagrin, I found that the plates were indeed there but attached to the back of the transmitter...There are two choices for installation, mount with included screws and jackets or by double-sided sticky pads. Make sure that the space you are installing them in leaves a tiny bit of room to lift up and remove the transmitter from its support in order to change the batteries down the road. A very nice product with a lot of flexibility in regard to how one might use it

Great service, poor product. Have receiver plugged in. Not audible from 20 feet away at highest volume. May have to use w/ battery and carry it around.I had previously posted the above 2 star review. Was contacted by Crosspoint w/ an offer of a free battery operated receiver. Was pleasantly surprised and wanted to update to a 5 star review because of the outstanding customer service.I used the new battery operated receiver and had some success. However. the battery in the transmitter failed after a couple of weeks of very limited doorbell use. Replaced the transmitter w/ the second receiver.While the customer service is admirable, the product is not useful.

This doorbell system works great for us I purchased this as a simple/cost effective solution to cover our exterior office door (after hours) and interior lobby for guest during business hours. We have a part time receptionist and our interior doors have an electronic pass card for entry. This doorbell system works great for us! With a transmitter button exterior and interior we are always covered. The two chimes work well and have more ring tone options than needed. The chime farthest from the actual transmitter is approximately 120 feet away and receives the signal without issue. This is also traveling through three glass and metal framed window areas in our lobby, metal framed studs and drywall, and a concrete block wall.Very pleased with the product!

and was very easy following the instruction sheet Setup today, and was very easy following the instruction sheet. Able to sync the two different transmitters to the two receivers with different chime sounds first try. Had read some people had problems with this, but I found it quite easy.Only problem I had was the screws provided to fasten the transmitter plate to where old doorbell button was installed sheared off inside the holes before were fully screwed in. Must not be hardened" steel. So I then had to drill two new holes and put my own screws in. Other than this problem the units work great so far."

Smart looking and a wide range of ring tones! Absolutely love the product. Many ringtones and songs available for all ages and interests. I could program two different ring tones so I knew if it was the garage entrance door or the front door. Visitors delight in the ring tones! Love the idea it is waterproof.

Works out of the box Operates as advertised out of the box. The ring tones are easy for my hearing impaired wife to hear. We have not tested alternative tones bc we like the original. Batteries are installed. All parts needed are included, including a small screwdriver. Guarantee of 100% waterproof recently proved up in two very heavy rains. I dont often rate 5 stars , but no hesitation here.We just ordered a second se t- the first worked so well we decided add more receivers (the indoor chime sounding part) for my wifes sewing area and my workshop and 2 more transmitters (the pushbutton outdoor part) for the side and basement doors - now a total of four. The original 4 part set is just a few dollars more than buying 1 each of transmitter and receiver as add ons.

Great solution to several problems Ive had with getting door bells put up. Finally I have doorbells front and back !!!!!!! And I put them up myself.The man bought a wireless doorbell years ago and then lost it before he ever got it installed. These were easy, their system has kept them in place all year and you get a selection of sounds so it is easy to tell which door someone is at. Its also very helpful to be able to easily install the button anywhere on the porch as the wireless communication leaves plenty of room to work with. Now I can put the button where they can reach it without opening the gate at the rear entry. Delivery people avoid becoming food for the dogs.

Fastest Addition To My House Ever This was stupid proof to setup. Because the way my previous dead doorbell was installed I had to use the 2-sided tape, but it seems like really good quality tape. I bet you could pressure wash the siding and the tape would still stick. It also came with a mounting plate but my siding wouldnt allow for that. I plugged it in, pushed the buttons on both doors and like magic it rings. I have a split level and the buttons are only 30 ft from each wall bell but it all works as advertised. Hope the battery life is OK on it.

Crosspoint waterproof wireless door bell Pros- Super fast, easy setup, and waterproof.Cons- Someone can walk away with your transmitter.I received my crosspoint today and had it programmed, installed, and using, within 10 minutes. The only bad thing is the transmitter does not lock in place, per say. It can be easily taken. For that I gave 4 stars. But its a great product. Ill update my review in a few weeks If need be.

Solved my issue I have a front door and back door. Upstairs and Downstairs. This allows me to install buttons on both doors and receivers on both floors. I can also change the chime for the back door. I Can hear it downstairs now ad upstairs and know which door has the person by the ring.

Very happy We just installed these. . I am using two different chimes for the two different doors. That feature makes it easier to know who is at the back door and who is at the front door. The chime says it loud and clear. So far so good.
