I had trouble programming the doorbell until I watched the video showing you how to program it. That was easy enough. However, we had one doorbell that would just ring all by itself. Sometimes it was Santa Claus is Coming to Town. I'd try and reset the doorbell. Then it would play Happy Birthday all by itself. When I contacted customer support, they were PHENOMENAL!!!! They told me how to reset the doorbell but the doorbell had a mind of it's own. It would still ring every few minutes on it's own. They replaced the doorbell for a nominal processing fee. The new one works great. I have never encountered a customer service so GREAT as I did with SadoTech. They stayed in constant contact with me and if they didn't hear from me, they contacted me. They were GREAT! And the doorbells work great. I have two receivers with two different ringtones; one for the living area and one for the basement. I recommend buying this doorbell.

I contacted customer service because the sadotech doorbell stopped working. The representative responded quickly and took me thru testing steps. She offered to send me a replacement receiving unit at no cost except shipping and handling fee of $6.95. I was happy with that resolution. I received the new component a short time later and the doorbell is now working perfectly. I would give sadotech five stars if they had waived the shipping fee. But overall, I'm completely satisfied and would purchase products from them again.

I purchased a SadoTech wireless doorbell package from Amazon. It included three bells and two buttons. One of the buttons failed to function after 6 months of use. It's residential, so it may get used 2 or 3 times a week on a "busy" week. I looked on the company's website and saw that they offer a 12-month warranty, so I contacted them about a replacement button. They agreed to send me a replacement "free of charge," but I would have to pay $6.95 shipping and handling. (A new button from Amazon was $14.95 with free [Prime] shipping.) I asked SadoTech to explain why the shipping costs on a warranty replacement would not be covered under the 12-month warranty. They stated that if I had requested a replacement within 30 days of purchase, the shipping would be free. I was happy that they agreed to replace the failed item under warranty, but was disappointed that they didn't agree to cover the shipping and handling cost as well.
