I installed the system with two transmitters and the receiver. The system worked great initially but then it started chiming without any activity. I contacted the company and after troubleshooting the system, it was determined that one transmitter was bad. I did the
troubleshooting.
A new transmitter was shipped with me paying postage only.
I like this system, as our original doorbell is shot. Another plus is that when we relocate, it will go with us.

Replacement Request - Shipping and Handling Fee
Very pleased. I had purchased a 2 doorbell(transmitters) 2 Plug-In Chime(receivers), of the CrossPoint variety, 3-4 months back. I recently had inquired with customer service about one of the plug in receivers no longer able to Chime. Customer service walked me through a couple trouble shooting steps to verify that it wasn't a bad Button (transmitter) or something that could be resolved by resetting. At which point the Rep offered to send a replacement for a very reasonable shipping/handling fee.
The replacement unit works well. Very Satisfied.

The doorbell with two receivers and two senders gives us the advantage of being able to hear a doorbell when we are in the basement as well as when upstairs. And having two different tones tells us whether it is the backdoor or front door sender being used. While the backdoor sender malfunctioned after about 8 months, Sado replaced quickly replaced it for us and we don't anticipate any problems in the future.

Great customer service. One of my receivers had stopped working. A new one was sent right out. Great service! I love the many choices of tunes and the button has been able to handle wind, rain, snow, below freezing temps, as well as 2 floors of the building.

The first door bell transmitter quit working after only 4 months. I suspected the battery, but when I opened the transmitter, I realized that the battery was not very easy to replace. I naturally thought that the transmitter itself was defective so I contacted the company to complain. The company spokes person was very accomodating on the phone and offered to send a new transmitter free of charge. I paid the postage, $4.95. To my surprise the company heard my complaint and send me an updated model. The updated model featured an easily replaced battery. It was a very good experience over all.
